For orders within El Salvador, delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 business days once the product has completed the production process.

International Shipping

Lost Packages & Shipping Issues
Because we rely on third-party shipping companies, HANDMA cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has been dispatched.
However, if a package is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, HANDMA will evaluate the situation individually and may offer:
- A replacement shipment of the product at no additional cost
or - A full refund of the purchase amount
